Counselors-in-Training, or CITs, are an important part of life at Camp Bold Eagle.  Former campers exhibiting strong leadership skills can apply for the specially designed training program which acts as a stepping stone to a full staff position. CITs learn about positive behavior management, relating with other staff on a professional level and maintaining a safe and happy environment for campers.

CIT training takes place at Pioneer Trails Camp beginning before the regular staff orientation and coincides with the Camp Bold Eagle sessions.
