HFM provides a Client Services Coordinator (social worker) qualified to provide brief telephone counseling to all consumers. Problem areas may include adjustment to illness, grief or life's daily stressors . Individuals interested or requiring in-depth counseling will be referred to an appropriate clinician in their location.
