CSHCS Premium Assistance
Michigan’s Children’s Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) offers Insurance Premium Payment Benefit Assistance to help families maintain comprehensive health care coverage for their CSHCS-enrolled family member, which includes marketplace policies. To be eligible for the Insurance Premium Payment Benefit Assistance (IPPBA), families need to submit an IPPBA application, along with requested documentation and meet eligibility and cost effectiveness criteria.
