LAUNCH

What is launch

Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan’s LAUNCH Vocational Job Training and Certificate Program is designed to offer assistance in certification of select fields in healthcare and information technology, as well as resume and cover letter reviews, and mock interviews or interview skills coaching.

Your experience matters

HFM’s Program Services Manager aims to work with each participant to create a personalized schedule to outline their goal and objectives. The LAUNCH program allows for a combination of both in-person and virtual meetings, training, and education.

Depending on the certification, training, or education being pursued, HFM’s Program Services Manager checks in on a bi-weekly or monthly basis and will use grades, progress reports, certifications, or program completion to measure success.

After the class or training concludes, HFM will host a resume writing class and an interview skills class. HFM’s Program Services Manager will continue to check-in for at least year with mutual follow up meetings determined once employment has been procured.
