Description:
Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop with as we celebrate life’s victories—big, small, or delightfully silly! In this creative session, you’ll learn how to craft personalized felt award badges and prize ribbons using colorful felt, ribbons, letter beads, and sparkling embellishments.
Whether you’re awarding yourself for “Drinking Enough Water,” “Doing My Best”, or celebrating a major milestone, you’ll leave the session with a wearable (or displayable) piece of art.
What You’ll Experience:
Learn basic felt-layering, and ribbon layout techniques (template provided)
Customize your design with letters, sequins, beads, and custom trims (when you register you can select a festive color pallet and materials will be shipped to you)
No prior sewing or crafting experience necessary—felt, letter beads, embellishments and pin materials provided!
To fashion the item you will either need hot glue, elmers glue, or embroidery needle and embroidery floss! I am counting on you to have the fashioning item to secure your piece, but please do let Kaite (Kscott@hfmich.org) if you need assistance in getting glue.

Meal Reimbursement Process
Michigan households may order carryout or delivery and upload a photo of their itemized receipt within 24 hours. You can be reimbursed for your meal, up to $30 per household.
Reimbursements will be sent by email as a $30 Mastercard gift card, which must be used within 6 months of issuance. Please note that alcohol purchases cannot be reimbursed.
We are unable to provide reimbursements without a receipt and reserve the right to mail a check in lieu of an emailed gift card if an attendee is not already in our database.
