Get to Know Your Insurance (So That it Works the Best for You!)

Thank you for joining us!

Health insurance is the lifeline to medication for patients with bleeding disorders. Unfortunately, it can also feel confusing, complex, and overwhelming. Join HFM and Cascade on December 16 to learn how to make using your insurance a smoother process.

We will help you learn how to understand your insurance plan and feel prepared as we move into the new plan year.

Speakers: Debbie Whelan, LMSW; Stephanie Sibrel, BSN, RN; and Colleen Joiner, LMSW;
Cascade Hemophilia Consortium

HFM is happy to treat attendees to dinner during this educational program. Order carryout or delivery and send a photo of your itemized receipt to Laura at lolson@hfmich.org. You will be reimbursed for your meal (up to $30 per family). Please note that we are unable to reimburse alcohol purchases.
