LAUNCH

What is launch

Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan’s LAUNCH Vocational Job Training and Certificate Program is designed to offer assistance in certification of select fields in healthcare and information technology, as well as resume and cover letter reviews, and mock interviews or interview skills coaching.

Your experience matters

HFM’s Program Services Manager aims to work with each participant to create a personalized schedule to outline their goal and objectives. The LAUNCH program allows for a combination of both in-person and virtual meetings, training, and education.

HFM’s Program Services Manager checks in on a bi-weekly or monthly basis and will use grades, progress reports, certifications, or program completion to measure success and determine the need for extra support

After the class or training concludes, HFM offers resume writing and interview skills coaching. HFM’s Program Services Manager will continue to check in for at least a year with mutual follow-up meetings determined once employment has been procured.

We offer certification in a variety of essential fields, including Healthcare and Information Technology, to help you advance your professional skills. Additionally, we provide Lifeguard Training, Archery Certification, and vital safety courses such as CPR, First Aid, and Narcan Training. Our programs are designed to equip you with the knowledge and credentials needed to excel in these important areas.
