TOPIC: When It Rains It Pours
A relationship exists between pain and depression and feelings of depression can increase one’s perception and sensitivity to their pain. Together we’ll explore how pain can impact one’s mood and relationships with others and discuss strategies to help cope with this chronic cycle.
