HFM's Annual Women's Retreat

This event is free of cost. In-person attendance includes one overnight hotel stay, programming, and all meals. All women in Michigan’s bleeding disorders community, 18 & up, are welcome.
Our 2026 theme will be announced closer to the date of the event.
Registration will open on March 13th and close on April 15th.
