Adult Patient and Family Upper Peninsula Virtual Retreat

We are so glad to be able to offer this virtual experience this year. We would all prefer to connect in person but due to the ongoing challenges of the pandemic all HFM events and programming are virtual through the end of 2021. We hope to see each other in person next year!
