Adult Patient and Family Upper Peninsula Virtual Retreat

Adult Patient and Family Upper Peninsula Virtual Retreat

We are so glad to be able to offer this virtual experience this year. We would all prefer to connect in person but due to the ongoing challenges of the pandemic all HFM events and programming are virtual through the end of 2021. We hope to see each other in person next year!

We welcome bleeding disorders community members from the Upper Peninsula to join us at this FREE virtual retreat.

In order to attend:
You must have a bleeding disorder, or be a family member or caretaker for someone with a bleeding disorder, AND live in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula OR receive treatment for your bleeding disorder in the Upper Peninsula.

Register by October 24 and your household will receive a UP Retreat box containing goodies that will complement your retreat experience.
