Adult Patient and Family Upper Peninsula Virtual Retreat

We are so glad to be able to offer this virtual experience this year. We would all prefer to connect in person but due to the ongoing challenges of the pandemic all HFM events and programming are virtual through the end of 2021. We hope to see each other in person next year!

We welcome bleeding disorders community members from the Upper Peninsula to join us at this FREE virtual retreat.Ā 

In order to attend:
You must have a bleeding disorder, or be a family member or caretaker for someone with a bleeding disorder, AND live in Michiganā€™s Upper PeninsulaĀ OR receive treatment for your bleeding disorder in the Upper Peninsula.

A discussion of the impact of new therapies on the management of bleeding disorders. Live Q & A following presentation.

We will discuss the etiology, prevention, and treatment of dental and oral disease focusing on the challenges that patients with a bleeding disorder face when seeking oral care including financial concerns, mental health concerns, providing coping tools, and the importance of seeking regular dental care for overall health.
