Join HFM’s women’s group, the Ruby Connection, from 7-8 pm on the fourth Tuesday of each month during January to March and September to November. Adult women in the bleeding disorders community come together for online social experiences that include an educational speaker or activity and opportunities to connect with other women in the community. The group is open to women affected by a bleeding disorder or involved in the bleeding disorder community.
Ruby Connection: Glimmers of Gratitude

Join us on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, for a relaxing evening of creativity, reflection, and connection as we explore the power of glimmers; the small, positive moments that bring comfort, hope, and joy, even during challenging times. As we prepare for the Thanksgiving season, we’ll take time to recognize the everyday moments that remind us we are supported, resilient, and never alone.
Together, we’ll decorate a glass candle holder that serves as a personal reminder to notice and celebrate these small sources of light throughout the winter season.
HFM will provide all craft supplies, including a clear glass jar (or feel free to use one of your own, just let us know if you plan to do so), a battery-operated votive candle, acrylic glass paint markers, and ribbon or twine. No artistic experience is needed; just bring yourself and enjoy an evening of meaningful conversation, creativity, and connection with other women in the Michigan bleeding disorders community.

Meal Reimbursement Process
Michigan households may order carryout or delivery and upload a photo of their itemized receipt within 24 hours. You can be reimbursed for your meal, up to $30 per household.
Reimbursements will be sent by email as a $30 Mastercard gift card, which must be used within 6 months of issuance. Please note that alcohol purchases cannot be reimbursed.
We are unable to provide reimbursements without a receipt and reserve the right to mail a check in lieu of an emailed gift card if an attendee is not already in our database.
