The Clotting Cascade: What happens when you have a bleed
This educational program provides an interactive, educational experience sponsored by Sanofi. A Community Relations and Education Manager (CoRe) will review the clotting fundamentals with you and provide an understanding about what happens when you have a bleed.
We’ll discuss how factor behaves in the body, including the relationship between FVIII and Von Willebrand Factor (vWF) for people with Hemophilia A and FIX in people with Hemophilia B.

Michigan households may order carryout or delivery and upload a photo of their itemized receipt within 24 hours. You can be reimbursed for your meal, up to $30 per household.
Reimbursements will be sent by email as a $30 Mastercard gift card, which must be used within 6 months of issuance. Please note that alcohol purchases cannot be reimbursed.
We are unable to provide reimbursements without a receipt and reserve the right to mail a check in lieu of an emailed gift card if an attendee is not already in our database.
