Host a Third-Party Fundraiser for the Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan

What is a Third-Party Fundraiser?

A third-party fundraiser is an event or campaign organized independently by individuals, groups, or businesses to support a cause. By hosting one for the Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan (HFM), you’ll be making a significant impact in the lives of individuals with bleeding disorders!

Your Role as a Third-Party Fundraiser Organizer

As a third-party fundraiser organizer, you have the creativity and freedom to plan and execute your event. Your role will include:
  • Designing the fundraiser concept
  • Organizing and executing the event logistics
  • Recruiting any needed volunteers
  • Promoting the event to reach your desired audience
  • Collecting and delivering the funds raised to HFM

Please note that if your fundraiser will only donate a portion of the proceeds to HFM, we do require that you display a sign that indicates the percentage for full disclosure.

How HFM Supports You

We appreciate your efforts and are committed to supporting you in the following ways:
  • Providing Educational Materials: Access to informative materials to help you and your guests understand the importance of our cause.
  • Table Cover: We will lend you a branded table runner to visually connect your event to HFM.
  • Social Media Promotion: With enough notice, we’ll help spread the word about your fundraiser through our social media channels.
  • Event Visits: We will try to have an HFM representative attend your event, but please note that this cannot be guaranteed.
