HFM Ruby Connection: Opening to Gratitude

Join us, from 7-8 pm on Tuesday, November 26 as we focus on cultivating gratitude in our everyday lives. We’ll start with a discussion on the small things we’re grateful for, followed by a presentation on managing stress and the role of connection in fostering gratitude. We’ll also explore building a gratitude practice and finding meaning in life’s challenges.
