HFM Ruby Connection: Documentary Screening On the Shoulders of Giants

Join HFM’s women’s group, the Ruby Connection, at 7-8pm on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Adult women in the bleeding disorders community come together for online social experiences that include an educational speaker or activity and connection with other women in the community. The group is open to women affected with a bleeding disorder or involved in the bleeding disorder community.

TOPIC: Documentary screening of On the Shoulders of Giants

Join our virtual screening session of Believe Limited’s documentary On the Shoulders of Giants, followed by a special Q&A with Kathy Gerus-Darbison. On the Shoulders of Giants explores the lives of the older generation of hemophilia. It’s an inspiring heartwarming story of a community’s legacy, and their longing to reunite and be there for each other, again.

Michigan families are eligible to receive a meal reimbursement and/or shipped supplies for virtual activities! While we are only able to offer this particular perk to Michigan residents, we do hope that EVERYONE feels welcome to join our virtual programs to receive education and connection. Please join us!
