Embark on a transformative journey of tranquility and connection with “Mindful Moments,” a virtual event designed for both adults and children to explore the wonders of mindfulness meditation as a family. In today’s fast-paced world, finding moments of peace and serenity together is more important than ever. This immersive experience invites families to come together, unwind, and cultivate mindfulness in a fun and engaging way.

Julie is a social worker, wellness coach, and yoga and meditation teacher, specializing in holistic approaches to mental and physical health. As a certified coach, Julie has helped hundreds of clients learn embodied mindfulness practices to better manage chronic health conditions, reduce stress, and to grow through life’s challenges.
