HFM Ruby Connection: T-Shirt Rug Making

Join HFM’s women’s group, the Ruby Connection, at 7-8pm on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Adult women in the bleeding disorders community come together for online social experiences that include an educational speaker or activity and connection with other women in the community. The group is open to women affected with a bleeding disorder or involved in the bleeding disorder community.

TOPIC: T-Shirt Rug Making

Sign-up by September 28, 2023, to receive materials to make one small t-shirt rug. T-shirts in a variety of colors will be sent out along with instructions for cutting them into strips prior to the event. You will receive written directions for the process and during our hour together, we will walk through each step. We will encourage each other, solve problems together, and help each other through the process. This should be fun, and you will have a new skill to use up all those old T-shirts you have hanging around.

Michigan families are eligible to receive a meal reimbursement and/or shipped supplies for virtual activities! While we are only able to offer this particular perk to Michigan residents, we do hope that EVERYONE feels welcome to join our virtual programs to receive education and connection. Please join us!
