HFM’s chapter newsletter, The Artery, celebrates the Michigan bleeding disorders community and provides information on HFM events, programs and services. We love to highlight members of our community and share the many ways we support one another.
The Artery is published three times a year and is available online and in printed format. More than 4,000 households receive each edition of The Artery by postal mail and through online channels. The Artery is also distributed online through Facebook and Instagram and sent to our email list. the joy and impact of camp and the opportunity to share
HFM’s National Women’s Conference globally, while also looking at changes in state and federal policies and funding that will affect families with bleeding disorders.
Spring/Summer 2025
Each year brings new opportunities, and of course, also includes new challenges. This Spring 2025 issue of the Artery focuses on advocacy, and we certainly have several areas where advocacy efforts are at the forefront of our work. Advocacy truly serves as a cornerstone of HFM’s mission to improve the quality of life for our Michigan bleeding disorders community.
