HFM Ruby Connection: Neuro-Graphic Art Class

Join HFM’s women’s group, the Ruby Connection, from 7-8 pm on the fourth Tuesday of each month during January to March and September to November. Adult women in the bleeding disorders community come together for online social experiences that include an educational speaker or activity and opportunities to connect with other women in the community. The group is open to women affected by a bleeding disorder or involved in the bleeding disorder community.

TOPIC: Neuro-Graphic Art Class

Discover the calming power of Neuro-Graphic Art, a relaxing, meditative process that blends art and mindfulness. In this class, you’ll use simple lines and shapes to create beautiful, flowing designs that help quiet the mind, release stress, and encourage creative flow. No artistic experience is needed—just an open mind and a desire to unwind through the therapeutic practice of intuitive art.

Speaker: Elizabeth Wilson Fischer
