HFM’s SpringFest is our largest annual consumer education conference and is open to all Michigan individuals and families in the bleeding disorders community. Please join us for this wonderful weekend filled with amazing speakers, the latest medical information and opportunities to connect and learn from people who bring their own unique wisdom and experiences of living with a bleeding disorder.

Join us for a wonderful weekend filled with many opportunities to learn new information and skills and socialize with friends. We have a wide array of knowledgeable speakers and interactive sessions, as well as some new activities for children and adults.
